Product Description

Phosphate Buffered Saline Tablets (PBS) are a balanced salt mixture for easy PBS buffer preparation for a variety of applications including reagent preparation, diluting cells for flow cytometry and cell culture reagent.

No need for weighing and mixing chemicals
Simply dissolve PBS tablets into water
One tablet dissolved in 100 mL water yields buffer containing 0.01M phosphate, 0.0027M KCl and 0.137M NaCl, pH ~7.4 at 25°C
