MagBeads FastDNA® Kit for FFPE provides a fast and reliable solution for the extraction of high-quality DNA from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues, a valuable resource for retrospective clinical and pathological research. Our magnetic bead technology allows for rapid and efficient purification of DNA, including damaged and fragmented DNA, while also minimizing cross-linking and inhibitory effects of the FFPE samples.

Application Notes
MagBeads FastDNA® Kit for FFPE is intended for rapid extraction of DNA from FFPE sample using the MPure-96™ aNAP System. This kit uses two combination methods. High-salt Bind is conducive to remove pigments or polysaccharides from complex FFPE samples, so as to improve the purity of nucleic acid. Alcohol mediated adsorption is conducive for improving the nucleic acid yield.
