RNAPro Solution is a proprietary lysis buffer designed to efficiently isolate total RNA from any type of plant and animal tissue or cultured cells, microbes, or soil and environmental samples. Using the FastPrep-24™ or FastPrep® FP120 Instrument, samples can be homogenized by using MP Lysing Matrix tubes. Total RNA is released into this proprietary, protective RNApro™ Solution. Following extraction with chloroform and precipitation, total RNA is extracted.

It can be used with the kits or with any other purification protocol as the primary lysis buffer to isolate total RNA from any type of plant and animal tissue, cultured cells, microbes, or soil and environmental samples. Extracted RNA is suitable for RT-PCR analysis and other downstream applications.
