    Product Description

    The TallPrep™ Lysing Matrix SS, 4.5 mL tubes contain 1/4" (6.35 mm, .25 cal) stainless-steel grinding beads ideal for breaking hard/brittle samples. Specialty applications include RNA extraction from difficult, hard samples where lysis by impaction is preferable with minimal amounts of mechanical shearing. These tubes are for use with FastPrep® instruments from MP Biomedicals.

    The TallPrep™ Lysing Matrix SS, 4.5 mL tubes are designed for grinding and homogenization of hard/brittle samples for optimal tissue lysis with minimal amounts of mechanical shearing.
