    The MP Diagnostics ASSURE Dengue Ab/Ag Rapid Test is a lateral flow immunochromatographic test. It uses immobilized mouse anti-human IgG, mouse anti-human IgM antibodies, and anti-Dengue NS1 monoclonal antibodies for capturing IgG antibody, IgM antibody and NS1 Dengue antigen in the human serum, plasma, finger pricked whole blood or whole blood with anti-coagulants. The presence of IgG, IgM antibodies against Dengue virus, and NS1 Dengue antigen are detected by the colloidal gold-labelled Dengue recombinant proteins and anti-Dengue NS1 monoclonal antibody.
