SPINeasy Plasmid Miniprep Kit is a silica membrane spin column kit that enables the purification of up to 20 µg of plasmid DNA from 1 – 5 mL of transformed bacterial cultures. High-purity plasmid DNA can be obtained within 25 minutes through a simple purification process, immediately ready for routine molecular biology applications including cloning, restriction digestion, PCR, and in-vitro transcription.

Agarose gel electrophoresis, yield, A260/A280 , and A260/A230 ratios of plasmids extracted using SPINeasy Plasmid Miniprep Kit. Plasmids pWPI and pcDNA6 were isolated from 3 mL DH5α cultures harboring these plasmids.
