Recombinant SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid Protein with His tag is produced by Baculovirus-Infected Sf9 Cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Ser2-Ala419) of SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid protein (Accession #QHD43423.2) fused with a 6×His tag at the N-terminus.
