| Preparation Method | The IgG2a (j) UPC 10 tumor line is a tetramethylpentadecane (pristane)-induced plasmacytoma. The clarified ascites is produced in BALB/c mice, and is filtered through a 0.22 um filter, vialed and lyophilized. |
