Recombinant SARS-CoV-2 3C-like Proteinase is produced by E. coli expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Ser1-Gln306) of SARS-CoV-2 3C-like Proteinase (Accession #YP_009725301.1) fused with an initial Met, a 6×His, Avi tag at the N-terminus.
