Physical Appearance Tan Powder
Preparation Method Suspend 33.6 g of the medium in one liter of distilled or deionized water. Mix well and heat with frequent agitation. Boil for 1 minute. Sterilize in an autoclave at 121 °C (15 lbs. of pressure) for 15 minutes.

Storage and Handling Store at Room temperature (15-30°C).
