Anti-mouse IgG (whole molecule) is developed in goat using mouse IgG purified from pooled normal mouse serum as the immunogen.
IgG H&L CHAIN POLYCLONAL ANTIBODY can be used in Indirect immunofluorescence. It can also be used as a secondary antibody in western blotting to release NC1 domain of type IV collagen. Further, it can also be used in enzyme immunoassays and immunohistochemistry.
