Description

Product Description

Fluorescein-conjugated Goat F(ab')2 fragment to Human IgA is the lyophilized powder of fluorescein-5-isothiocyanate (FITC "Isomer I")-conjugated goat F(ab')2 fragment to human IgA (α chain) and buffer salts.

Application Notes

Fluorescein-conjugated goat F(ab')2 fragment to human IgA (α chain) is used as a reagent in immunofluorescence assays (IFA), cell staining (fluorescent microscopy and cell sorting), tissue staining, and blot immunostaining. F(ab')2 fragments are recommended for staining of cells or tissues which contain Fc receptors. Note: Affinity purified antibodies and their F(ab')2 fragments are recommended to avoid non-specific binding from the inherent antibodies of host animals. A dilution of 1:100 was used for immunohistochemistry of cryosections of human sural nerves.

Usage Statement

Research Use Only (RUO). Unless otherwise stated in our catalog or other company documentation accompanying the product(s), our products are intended for research use only and are not to be used for any other purpose, which includes but is not limited to, unauthorized commercial uses, in vitro diagnostic uses, ex vivo or in vivo therapeutic uses or any type of consumption or application to humans or animals.

Key Applications

Immunoassays | Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin; Acetone-Fixed; 4% PFA Frozen) | Immunofluorescence assays (IFA) | Flow Cytometry (FACS)
