McCoy’s 5A Medium was formulated to support liver tumor cells by modification of the amino acids found in Basal Medium Eagle. The enriched formulation is suitable for a variety of established cell lines as well as primary cells. This formulation of McCoy's medium is supplemented with L-Glutamine.
