Laemmli SDS sample buffer, 6x

Premixed liquid 6X concentrate. Contains 375mM TRIS-HCl (pH6.8), 9% SDS, 50% glycerol, and 0.03% bromophenol blue. For protein sample preparation in the Laemmli SDS-PAGE system, without reducing the disulfide linkages.
