The maintenance contract for the FastPrep-24 Classic provides a comprehensive service network to collect the instrument, perform preventive maintenance and return the instrument back to your lab. Annual, routine maintenance guarantees optimal device performance. Receive assistance within 48 hours from our technicians. A replacement device is available during maintenance for an additional $110. It also includes a 50% discount on spare parts, a MP Bio FastPrep-24 Classic workshop and one corrective maintenance services.
