The MagBeads FastDNA Kit for Blood offers an efficient solution for genomic DNA purification from various blood samples, including fresh and frozen human whole blood preserved in common anticoagulants, buffy coat, and saliva. Designed to be compatible with the Magflex-96 System, it supports high-throughput processing of up to 96 samples and accommodates varying sample volumes from 50 µL to 500 µL. The kit features a rapid, integrated approach for DNA isolation by combining lysis and binding steps, omitting the need for additional sample processing steps. The Magnetic Beads used in MagBeads FastDNA Kit for Blood simplifies the DNA purification process by eliminating complicated RNA removal step, ensuring highly efficient and specific binding of DNA. Specialized wash buffers included in the kit deliver high washing efficiency, removing proteins, salts, and other impurities through a quick, streamlined wash procedure. The DNA eluted in ionic strength elution buffer is of high quality, free from contaminants, and fully compatible with downstream applications such as PCR and other molecular techniques.

Lanes are labeled as follows: "Short" (~1106 bp), "Medium" (~1424 bp), "Long" (~5778 bp), and "NTC" (Negative Template Control, no visible band). (B) Long fragments of the human BRCA gene were amplified via Endpoint PCR. DNA extracted with the MagBeads FastDNA Kit (MP) successfully produced the long fragment gene product, while DNA extracted with the Competitor T kit failed to amplify the long fragment.
