The SPINeasy 96-Well DNA/RNA Kit for Soil integrates proprietary inhibitor removal technology with a selective binding system for DNA and RNA. This high-performance kit enables efficient co-extraction of DNA and RNA in a 96-well plate format without the need for organic solvents or specialized equipment. The kit allows simultaneous isolation of pure microbiome genomic DNA and RNA from challenging soil types, including those with low biomass or those that are highly contaminated. The purified nucleic acids are ready for use in downstream applications, including qPCR and RT-qPCR, without the need for additional inhibitor-removal steps.
