Histopaque® 1077, 100 mL
For the isolation of lymphocytes from whole blood. Sterile solution in bottles of 100 mL.
Mono-Poly™ resolving medium, 100 mL
Mono-Poly Resolving Medium is a high-performance density gradient medium that separates mononuclear and polymorphonuclear leukocytes from whole human blood in two distinct bands.
Trypsin inhibitor from chicken egg whites, activity: 1 - 3(mg TRL inhibited by 1 mg)
Trypsin Inhibitor
Percoll®
Percoll® can be used for formation of gradients either by the use of conventional gradient mixers or by high speed centrifugation.
LSM™ lymphocyte separation medium
Formulated for isolation of mononuclear cells from defibrinated or heparinized whole human blood, as well as blood from other species.
LymphoSep™, lymphocyte separation medium
Lymphocyte Separation Medium is a sterile, iso-osmotic, low viscosity solution for density centrifugation yielding a clear separation of lymphocytes from heparinized or defibrinated human blood.
10X Trypsin HBSS w/o calcium and magnesium, 100 mL
Trypsin is a porcine pancreas-derived enzyme that is commonly used for the dissociation and disaggregation of anchorage-dependent mammalian cells and tissues.
Collagenase type II, >125 U/mg solid
From Clostridium histolyticum. Protease which cleaves collagen. For use in the preparation of isolated cell suspensions
0.25% Trypsin-EDTA (1X), 100 mL
0.25% Trypsin and 1mM EDTA in modified HBSS w/o Ca++ and Mg++, 100 mL
Accutase, 100 mL
Novel trypsin replacement that exhibits both protease and collagenolytic activities for cell detachment. Effective in detaching primary fibroblasts, endothelial cells, neurons, tumor cell lines, and insect cells. Maintains most cell surface antigens
Hyaluronidase, Streptomyces Hyalurolyticus, 4 X 100 U
This hyaluronidase is purified from Streptomyces hyalurolyticus. This enzyme belongs to the endo-beta-hexosaminidase and endo-eliminase type enzyme that produces oligo-saccharide (unsaturated tetraose and pentose) by hydrolyzing the beta-1,4-linkage of hyaluronic acid.
Hyaluronidase is stable in both high temperature and acid or alkaline range. It has high substrate specificity and hydrolyzes hyaluronic acid only in mucopolysaccharide.
- From Streptomyces hyalurolyticus
- Lyophilized, salt-free
- Activity: ∼2000 units/mg
- Protease and lysozyme free
- Each vial contains 100 U
Enzyme activity is determined by a change in optical density in a hyaluronic acid solution. It is compared to a hyaluronidase International Standard expressed as I.U.
See Enzymes and Substrates in the Immunobiologicals section for further details.
