Application Notes

Decane has been used as a solvent in the preparation of high alkane phase emulsified suspensions (HAPES). It may also be used as a solvent to suspend the CdSe/ZnS nanocrystals during absorbance measurement.Internal standard in the GC analysis of oxalic, malonic, and succinic acids in biological materials.
