HCGS will significantly improve the hybridoma cell cloning efficiency while eliminating feeder cell need.
HCGS may be used in dilutions of 1:5 to 1:10 (v/v). We recommend HCGS be thawed and sterile filtered (0.22 or 0.45 membrane) immediately prior to use.
