Rabbit Anti-Human Ferritin is produced in rabbit using as immunogen ferritin isolated from normal human spleen.
Anti-ferritin, human antibody is suitable for use in Ouchterlony double diffusion, and immunoelectrophoresis. The antibody may also be used in western blot and immunoprecipitation.

|Concentration||Protein: 7.61 mg/mL|
|Immunogen||Ferritin isolated from normal human spleen.|
|Pack Size||1 mL|
|Preparation Method||The antibody is in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.2 with 0.1% sodium azide as preservative. Anti-human ferritin is developed in rabbit using human ferritin of liver origin as the immunogen. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, the rabbits were bled and the serum collected. The serum was solid phase absorbed against human serum to ensure specificity and fractionated to yield the IgG fraction.|
|Solubility||Soluble in water|
|Specificity||By immunoelectrophoresis; the antibody reacts with human ferritin. There is no reaction with normal human serum.|
