To thank you for participating, you’ll be entered into our raffle for the chance to win $75 in webstore credit. Nine (9) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received. The store credit will be provided as a one-time promo code for use on mpbio.com, valid for $75 off a single order.
Please note that the credit is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, must be used within one year of issuance, and applies to one online order only. Winners will be notified via email on January 20th and must respond by the end of January to claim their prize.
Terms & Conditions
The raffle is open to all tradeshow attendees who scan the QR code provided at the event and complete the survey, excluding employees of MP Biomedicals, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members. To enter, attendees must scan the QR code displayed at the tradeshow booth and complete the survey in full. Each participant is allowed one entry, and multiple entries by the same participant will be disqualified. The raffle begins January 12th, 2025 and ends January14th, 2025, with entries received after this period not being considered.
Nine (9) winners will be selected to receive $75 in store credit to the MP Biomedicals website, mpbio.com. Store credit is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be used within one year of issuance. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the raffle period, with the draw taking place on January 20th, 2025. Winners will be notified via email within three (3) days of the draw date and must respond by January 31st to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the specified time frame will result in the forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of MP Biomedicals, which are final and binding in all respects. MP Biomedicals reserves the right to disqualify any entry or participant that violates these terms and conditions, and is not responsible for any technical issues that may prevent participation. MP Biomedicals reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity or proper functioning. Information collected from participants is subject to MP Biomedicals' privacy policy and will be used solely for administering the raffle. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless MP Biomedicals, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising from the raffle or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.
