Ultra-Fast Running Buffer for SDS-PAGE (Powder)

Ultra-Fast Running Buffer for SDS-PAGE (Powder) is used in combination with traditional Tris-Glycine SDS-PAGE protein gels to achieve rapid electrophoresis. Compared with traditional running buffers, Ultra-Fast Running Buffer significantly shortens electrophoresis times (~ 20 minutes at 250 V) and improves experiment efficiency.

Combine Ultra-Fast Running Buffer with our Precast Gel Plus (Cat. No. 08W00001–08), Quick Fluorescent Loading Buffer (SDS-PAGE)-3X (Cat. No. 08W00013), and Fluorescent Protein Marker (Cat. No. 08W00009) to reduce the entire electrophoresis process, from sample preparation to imaging, to about 30 minutes (about an hour faster than conventional methods).

Ultra-Fast Running Buffer contains 10 packages, each of which can prepare 500 mL of 1X buffer.
