N-Glycosidase F is used to deglycosylate protein. Also used for: amino acid sequence determination, X-ray crystallography, removing heterogeneity due to carbohydrates, studying carbohydrate epitopes from antigens, and studying the role of glycosylation in protein folding and activity.
