Nuc-Off Nucleases Removal Spray

MP Biomedicals Nuc-Off Nucleases Removal Spray is a ready-to-use solution for fast and cost-effective removal of RNase and DNase. This non-toxic and non-corrosive spray-type solution can effectively remove nucleases from the surface of laboratory consumables, instruments or other utensils, creating a clean environment for RNA or DNA-related experiments. It is strongly recommended to regularly clean your pipettors, bench surfaces, and instrument exterior with this spray to remove any nuclease contamination that may cause false positive or false negative experimental results.

Mixtures of 4μL of removal reagent and different amounts of RNase (in 1μL) were incubated at room temperature for 5 minutes; after that, 1μL RNA were added and further incubated at room temperature for 15 minutes, followed by denaturation and electrophoresis of final mixtures in agarose gel containing formaldehyde. B. DNase elimination. Mixtures of 4μL of removal reagent and 1μL of genomic DNA were incubated at room temperature for 15 minutes and then analyzed by agarose gel electrophoresis. D. Effect of Removal Reagent on RNA stability. Mixtures of 4μL of removal reagent and 1μl of RNA were incubated at room temperature for 15 minutes and then denatured for formaldehyde-containing agarose gel electrophoresis.
