Normal and whole sera are non-immune serum samples prepared from the blood of healthy human, goat, mouse, rabbit, pig, or other species. They provide sufficient quantity of endogenous proteins to saturate and block nonspecific binding interactions for a wide range of immunological applications, including immunohistochemistry (IHC), ELISA, and Western blotting. Whole sheep serum, 2 mL
Product is whole sheep serum and buffer salts. This product is suitable for use as a serum protein control in immunoelectrophoresis, Ouchterlony immunodiffusion, and other immunoprecipitation techniques. It may also be used as a blocking agent in fluorescence and enzyme immunoassays.
Washed, preserved sheep red blood cells (10%) suspension), 20 mL
Product is 20 ml of a 10% suspension of sheep red blood cells collected into Alsever's solution (Dextrose, sodium chloride, sodium citrate), washed with phosphate buffered saline and preserved with borate buffer, sodium acetate and 1% penicillin streptomycin.
Whole rabbit serum, 2 mL
Product is whole rabbit serum and buffer salts. Whole serum is suitable for use as a serum protein control in immunoelectrophoresis, Ouchterlony immunodiffusion, and other immunoprecipitation techniques. It may also be used as a blocking agent in fluorescence and enzyme immunoassays.
Mouse immunoglobulin reference serum, 1 mL
This product is pooled from outbred adult male and female ICR/Swiss Webster mice. The immunoglobulin levels, except IgE, are determined by radial immunodiffusion. The IgE level is obtained by addition of monoclonal IgE (Anti-DNP, Code No. 630122).
