It is supplied in Tris or phosphate buffered saline.
See Purified Immunoglobulins and Myeloma Proteins in the Immunobiologicals section for further details.
Horse IgG (Lyophilized)
Horse IgG is useful for structural and biological studies, as a reference standard, or as starting material for immunogen preparation. It is supplied purified in Tris or phosphate buffered saline. Each vial contains 100 mg of lyophilized protein based on 1% E 280nm = 14 The product was lyophilized from 0.01 M phosphate buffer with 0.15 M sodium chloride, pH 7.4. Procedure:The immunoglobulin was prepared from horse serum using current chromatographic
Mouse IgG (Lyophilized)
IgG antibody subtype is the most abundant serum immunoglobulins of the immune system. It is secreted by B cells and is found in blood and extracellular fluids and provides protection from infections caused by bacteria, fungi and viruses. Maternal IgG is transferred to fetus through the placenta that is vital for immune defence of the neonate against infections. Mouse IgG is purified from normal mouse serum.
