Mouse Anti-Actin, Monoclonal (Clone C4)
The monoclonal actin (clone C4) is a mouse IgG1 (gamma 1 heavy/kappa light chain) antibody. The monoclonal actin (clone C4) is a mouse IgG1 (gamma 1 heavy/kappa light chain) antibody. Chicken gizzard actin was used as the immunogen. Immunoblots demonstrate specificity directed towards all actins ranging from yeast, to flies, to mouse, to man. These are skeletal alpha-actin, cardiac alpha-actin, smooth muscle gamma actin, cytoplasmic beta-actin, cytoplasmic gamma actin as well as Dictyostelium discoideum and Physarum olycephalum actins. The epitope for the antibody lies between residues 18-40, a highly conserved region of the molecule. This antibody can also be used for cells cultivated on slides, for frozen tissue sections and as a loading control for western blots.

Monoclonal Anti-Alpha-Smooth Muscle Actin (Mouse Ascites Fluid), Clone 1A4
Anti-α-Smooth Muscle Actin
Isotype: mouse IgG2a ascites
Applications: Indirect Immunofluorescence.
The original immunogen was the NH2 terminal synthetic decapeptide of α smooth muscle actin coupled to KLH. It is specific for the single isoform α smooth muscle actin. In the original publication describing this antibody it was named anti-alpha-sm-1.
Mouse Anti-Actin Mab Clone B4
The monoclonal actin (clone B4) antibody is a mouse IgG1, kappa light chain antibody. Chicken gizzard was used as the immunogen. Immunoblots demonstrate specificity directed towards the smooth muscle gamma-enteric isoform of actin. This antibody can be used to detect the other smooth muscle actin (alpha-skeletal, alpha-cardiac and alpha-vascular) found in vertebrates.

Anti-Desmin Ii Monoclonal From Mouse
Isotype: mouse IgG1
Applications: Immunoblotting; Immunostaining of cell suspensions, acetone-fixed frozen tissue sections, and formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections.
The antibody was prepared from human leyomyoma. The antibody is specific to 53 kDa desmin protein in immunoblotting and gives the same cell staining pattern as cat. no. 10570, polyclonal desmin antibody. No cross-reactivity with any other intermediate filament protein. It does cross-react with desmin of most mammals including mouse, rabbit and rat. It is supplied as clarified cell culture supernatant with 0.09% sodium azide.

Monoclonal Anti-Epithelial Keratin - AE1/AE3 Mixture
Clone: AE1/AE3 mixture
Isotype: purified Ig fraction from ascites
Applications: Immunohistochemistry; Immunoblotting
This is a specially formulated mix that is broadly reactive with most acidic (Type 1) keratins and all known basic (Type 2) keratins. It exhibits cross-reactivity to human, rabbit, mouse, rat, bovine, and chick. This mix can be used for the positive identification of normal and abnormal epithelial cells and tissues. It works well on unfixed frozen sections and alcohol or formalin fixed, paraffin sections.
Monoclonal Mouse Anti-Epithelial Keratin (AE8)
Isotype: purified Ig fraction from ascites
Form: Liquid, purified IgG fraction from ascites fluid.
Applications: Immunoblotting; Indirect Immunofluorescence; Tissue sections
This antibody reacts strongly with the acidic 51 kDa (number 13) keratin which is expressed mainly in the suprabasal cells of esophageal, ventral tongue, buccal mucosal, exocervical and many other internal, non-keratinized stratified squamous epithelia. It can be used as markers for "esophageal-type differentiation."
Anti-α-Fodrin (Nonerythroid Spectrin) Monoclonal (Clone AA6)
Isotype: affinity purified mouse IgG1
Conc/Titer: 0.1 μg/ml
Applications: Immunohistochemistry, Western Blotting, and additional Immunoassays.
The original immunogen was chicken blood cell membranes which were purified by hypotonic lysis and mechanical enucleation. The AA6 antibody is specific to the 240 kDa alpha-fodrin molecule of all mammalian non-erythroid cells and to chicken alpha-spectrin.
Mouse, Anti-Beta-Galactosidase, Purified Monoclonal Antibody
Anti-Galactosidase, purified monoclonal antibody [subclass IgG2a(k)] was purified from ascites of a mouse hybridoma and recognizes E. coli β-galactosidase. Recognizes the native and denatured enzyme near the C-terminal end.
Purified Mouse Monoclonal Antibody (HIV.Ot 39B) To Human Immunodeficiency Virus
The product is 100 µg of purified murine monoclonal antibody (IgG1) to HIV-1 p24 (214-226) in lyophilization medium, consisting of 10 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.4, with 15% sucrose.
Monoclonal Anti-Human B-Lymphocyte LN-3
LN-3 is a murine monoclonal antibody (IgG2b) reactive with a nonpolymorphic HLA-DR (Ia-like) antigen. The antigens show the typical 29-33 K dalton molecular weight of Ia. The HLA-DR antigen is present on germinal center and mantle zone B cells, monocytes and macrophages and interdigitating histiocytes. T cells are generally negative although activated T cells may express HLA-DR.
Anti-Prostatic Specific Antigen (PSA) Monoclonal ( Clone ER-PR8)
Isotype: mouse IgG1 presented as ascites fluid
Applications: Immunoblotting; Immunohistochemistry.
The original immunogen was from human prostate. The antibody reacts with a 34 kDa protein. Immunohistochemical studies have shown that the presence of PSA is highly specific for the demonstration of the prostatic origin of a malignancy. Antibodies to PSA have been shown to be valuable reagents for the positive identification of primary and metastatic prostatic carcinoma. This antibody reacts with both frozen and formalin-fixed paraffin embedded tissues.
