dNTP (dATP, dCTP, dTTP, dGTP) set, 4 x 250uL

Set of 4 dNTPs composed in individual vials of highly purified dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP. This format allows the addition of each dNTP to be altered as required for specific experiments, e.g. when adding a radioactive nucleotide for labeling or to increase the chance of non-specific mutations. These solutions achieve sensitive and consistent PCR results.

Application Notes

Separate vials of four dNTPs offers maximum flexibility in preparation of reaction mixes for different applications includes PCR, real-time PCR, cDNA synthesis and DNA sequencing.
