The 2-MET Fast Track ELISA Kit is intended for the measurement of free Metanephrine and free Normetanephrine in plasma. First, the plasma proteins are removed by precipitation. After this Metanephrine (Metadrenaline) and Normetanephrine (Normetadrenaline) are quantitatively acylated, then derivatized enzymatically.
