|Antibody Type||Polyclonal Antibody|
|Application Notes||Immunostaining of acetone-fixed frozen and formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections.|
|Base Catalog Number||59298|
|Concentration||Antibody Concentration: 0.6 mg/mL|
|Pack Size||1 mL|
|Personal Protective Equipment||Eyeshields, Gloves, respirator filter|
|Preparation Method||Antibody and highly purified calf-intestine alkaline phosphatase are conjugated under defined conditions to obtain optimally labeled product. Conjugated protein is purified by gel filtration. The product is dialyzed into 0.03M TRIS, 0.14M sodium chloride, pH 8.0, with 1% bovine albumin, adjusted to standard titer, filtered through a 0.22 µm filter, and vialed.|
|Solubility||Soluble in water|
|Species Reactivity||Rabbit (Whole Molecule)|
|Specificity||It shows reactivity to rabbit IgG; cross-reactivity to other species may exist. Because the product is directed against whole IgG; some antibodies are expected to bind light chain sites common to all immunoglobulins.|
