Albumin bovine is a single polypeptide chain consisting of about 583 amino acid residues and no carbohydrates. At pH 5-7 it contains 17 intrachain disulfide bridges and 1 sulfhydryl group.
IgG, horse, (lyophilized), 100 mg
Horse IgG is useful for structural and biological studies, as a reference standard, or as starting material for immunogen preparation. It is supplied purified in Tris or phosphate buffered saline. Each vial contains 100 mg of lyophilized protein.
IgM (Lambda1) MOPC 104E, mouse myeloma, purified, 1 mg
These myeloma proteins are purified from ascites by a combination of salt precipitation, ion exchange and bioaffinity chromatography. Purified proteins are dialyzed into 0.02M Tris, 0.14M sodium chloride, pH 8.1. Product is adjusted to 1.0 mg/ml, filtered, vialed, and stored frozen at -70°C. Product is shipped on dry ice.
IgG1 (Kappa), Clone Mopc 21, mouse ascites, 5 mg
Ascites fluid, collected from Balb/c mice which carry plasmacytomas subcutaneously, are clarified by centrifugation and filtration. It is dialyzed, adjusted to yield at least 5 mg of immunoglobulin, then vialed and lyophilized. Clarified ascites are tested for immunoglobulin by immunoelectrophoresis using antisera specific for the particular type and isotype. Approximately 10% of the total protein is immunoglobulin (including trace levels of the host's immunoglobulins), 80% is albumin, and 10% is complement and other proteins.
IgG, rat, 100 mg
Purified rat IgG may be used as a reference antigen, standard, blocking agent, or coating protein in a variety of immunoassays including ELISA, dot immunobinding, western immunoblotting, immunodiffusion, and immunoelectrophoresis. Other applications include starting materials for the preparation of immunogens and solid phase immunoadsorbents. Rat IgG was used as isotype control in flow cytometry and injected into mice to induce tolerance against rat IgG.

Lyophilized rabbit IgG with buffer salts. Rabbit IgG is purified from pooled rabbit serum using multi-step procedures which may include salt fractionation, gel filtration, ion-exchange chromatography and immunoabsorption. The product is dialyzed into 0.01 M sodium phosphate, 0.07 M sodium chloride, pH 7.3, filtered through a 0.22 µm filter, vialed and lyophilized. No preservative added.
Myeloma IgA (kappa), human, purified, 2 ml
Lyophilized human myeloma IgA (kappa) with buffers and salts. Human IgA (kappa) is purified from human myeloma serum using multi-step procedures which may include salt fractionation, gel filtration, ion-exchange chromatography and immunoabsorption.

Mouse IgG3 (k) is purified from clarified mouse FLOPC 21 ascites using multi-step procedures which may include salt fractionation, gel filtration, ion-exchange chromatography, affinity chromatography and immunoabsorption. The product is dialyzed into 0.02 M Tris, 0.15 M sodium chloride, pH 8.1, filtered through a 0.22 µm filter and vialed.
