Anti-Enzyme
Alkaline Phosphatse (AP) and Horseadish Peroxidase (HRP) are two major enzymes that are used for secondary detection. MP Biomedicals has a broad range of anti-enzyme products available in various conjugation forms from many differentspecies
Avidin-Biotin
Streptavidin, avidin and biotin conjugated with AP, HRP or FITC are ideal to amplify signals in immunochemistry, ELISA, flow cytometry and Western botting. Our AP Avidin, Avidin-HRP and Streptavidin-FITC for use as secondary reagents allow further enhancement of signal.

Protein A and G
Recombinant protein A (from Streptococcus sp) binds immunoglobulins (primarily IgG) at the Fc region with high affinity. This unique property provides a rapid, simple and economical method for purification and analysis of a broad- spectrum of antibodies. AP Biotin or colloidal gold conjugated Protein A are versatile reagents which can be used for many immunological assays. Recombinant protein G is conjugated with aminohexanoyl biotin N-hydroxysuccinimide under optimum conditions and is free of unconjugated biotin. This conjugate reacts with the Fc portions of immunoglobulins of various species.
