Highly Sensitive Detection
Optimized for sensitive and reproducible detection of SARS-CoV-2, the RapidScriptTM SARS-CoV-2 Assay (1-step qPCR) can detect 2.5 copies/μl of SARS-CoV-2 viral particles with 100% confidence.
The RapidScriptTM kit is approved for use with RNA extracted from the following sample types:

Rapid Workflow
The RapidScriptTM SARS-CoV-2 Assay Kit enables fast and efficient relative quantification of SARS-CoV-2 in a single tube by combining cDNA synthesis and viral amplification in a 1-step RT-qPCR amplification reaction.
Simply add purified viral RNA template to the ready-to-use RT-qPCR mastermix, set up the plate and run the qPCR reaction. Each kit includes a 2X Probe Supermix, Reverse Transcriptase RNAse Inhibitor mix and a SARS-CoV-2 primer probe mix.
High-throughput Capability
Designed for maximum throughput, the RapidScriptTM SARS-CoV-2 Assay Kit is available in a 400 reaction–size kit. Additionally, the kit can be used with any viral RNA extraction kit and any real-time PCR system.

RapidScriptTM Workflow

Add RNA to qPCR Master Mix
Prepare the RT-qPCR master mix then simply add the purified RNA template and controls.

Run the qPCR Reaction
Purified RNA is reverse transcribed into cDNA and amplified by qPCR.

Analyze the Results
Positive SARS-CoV2 patient samples cross the threshold line in less than 40 cycles.
