Primary Function:

Leading our sales support team and managing the internal sales processes in order to develop and support our sales activities.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Sales Support Team (2-3 employees)
  • Management of the internal sales processes, implementing and improving sales related activities on everyday basis
  • Support the Director of Sales, EMEA in reporting activities and project implementation
  • Development and support Sales activities
  • Market analysis to gain new business
  • Implementation of Marketing and Sales Support campaigns
  • Improvement of internal sales processes
  • Tracking offers
  • New customer acquisition
  • Cooperation in the development of CRM
  • In collaboration with HR, responsible for the training and development of the team
  • Working together with team to achieve business goals following of our corporate philosophy

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Studies with relevant background (Sales and Business) or comparable vocational training and at least 2-4 years relevant work experience in sales
  • Good analytical understanding of the market and its development potential
  • Motivating and supporting the team through your enthusiasm, thanks to your management skills and transparent communication
  • Self-initiative, responsibility and stress-tolerant
  • German and English language is required to a business level
