Web Account Policy

All new users must first be approved by MP Biomedicals customer service. This is to ensure compliance with all federal and international laws governing the sale and shipment of chemicals. After your account is approved, our customer service team will notify you via the email address provided when your account is activated.

Credit application

Your order(s), prepaid by MasterCard, Visa, Amex or Discover will ship once the account is activated. Orders that are not prepaid will have an initial US $500 (or local currency equivalent) / 30 day limit unless your organization is an existing MP Biomedicals Customer or you complete this credit application and it is approved for a higher limit. Please contact our customer service to provide your completed credit application.

Credit checks typically require 2 to 10 business days for processing from the time this application is received by MP Biomedicals, LLC.
