Preparation Method	Human IgG Fc is prepared from human IgG by limited digestion with papain, and purified by ion-exchange, gel filtration or affinity chromatography. The product is dialyzed into 0.01M sodium phosphate, 0.07M sodium chloride, pH 7.3, filtered through a 0.22 μm filter, vialed and lyophilized. No preservative has been added.
