Application Notes

Arsenazo III is used in the determination of calcium in serum. It has been used to evaluate calcium transport in permeabilized cells. Arsenazo III has also been used for the spectrophotometric determination of uranium and thorium. It is also used in the determination of micromolar amounts of zirconium, cadmium, and zinc.
