Usage rate for typical hydrolysis: 0.1% - 1.0% ; Effect of pH on Activity: pH range: 7.0-10.0, Optimum pH: 9.5; Effect of Temperature on Activity: Temperature range: 25-70 °C, Optimum temperature: 60 °C.
