Product Description

The FastPorter Transfection kit is specifically developed for the transient transfection of plasmid DNA, siRNA and miRNA into commonly used cell lines for routine work. It provides good cell viability without the need for changing the growth medium after the transfection step.
FastPorter Transfection kit performs optimally with HEK293, CHO-K1, NIH3T3, A375, COS-7, C2C12, HeLa, Ht1080 and MDCK cells.

Application Notes

The FastPorter Transfection kit can be used in a number of downstream applications including lentiviral production, dual luciferase reporter assay and general transfection experiments. Changing the medium after the transfection step is not required.
