Designation: Customer Service Specialist
Department: Customer Support
Location: Ohio - Solon

Responsibilities:

To cover and improve the daily functions and processes of the Dosimetry department.  The job will help in the ongoing efforts to update the department to a more unified and efficient service for the customer.  

 

  • Provide service to the customer in a timely manner.
  • Answer phone calls and emails
  • Update account information in required systems
  • Order entry
  • Manager account status and contracts
  • Mail sorting (daily returns from customer and  mailing dose reports, terminations of service, and shipping hold statements when needed)
  • Complete specific documents required for monitoring dosimeters (radiation source sheets and badge reassignments)
  • Work closely with finance to maintain accounts and orders
  • Communicate with supplier for any needs
  • Monitor supplies and inform appropriate person when time to order
  • Follow strict procedures when placing orders and ensuring appropriate text is applied for the circumstance
  • Weekly shipments of return badges back to supplier
Qualifications:
  • Minimum high school diploma
  • College degree or experience preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Must be knowledgeable and comfortable working with Excel and Microsoft
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize duties
  • Comfortable in a fast-pace, information-filled position
  • Close attention to detail required
  • Critical thinking
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal a must
