The MagBeads FastDNA/RNA Kit for Virus (Ready-to-Use for MagFlex-96™) provides automated isolation of total viral DNA and RNA from cell-free or low-cell-content biological samples. Designed for use with the MagFlex-96™ aNAP System, the kit supports sample types including serum, plasma, body fluids, soaking solutions, tissue homogenates, and culture supernatants. Purified nucleic acids are suitable for downstream PCR and RT-PCR assays. The workflow uses high-binding magnetic particles to capture viral nucleic acids following sample lysis and protease digestion. Sequential washing removes proteins, salts, and other impurities before purified DNA and RNA are eluted in nuclease-free water.
