The extended warranty covers free repair by MP Biomedicals for one additional year and includes parts and labor repair at MP Biomedicals facility. The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, shipping costs, or the use of kits, reagents, and adaptors not supplied by MP Biomedicals. The warranty is only valid if the instrument is used according to the instructions in the manual and any hazardous or infectious materials are transported according to applicable regulations. The improper handling, abuse, or unauthorized repair of the instrument will void the warranty, and MP Biomedicals assumes no liability for its use.
