Includes: PCR grade dNTPs Mix (25 mM each) |5 x Direct Loading Incubation Buffer with MgCl2 |5 x Direct Loading Incubation Buffer without MgCl2 |Separate 25 mM MgCl2 solution | Both Incubation Buffers contain a densifying agent and a red-purple dye for direct loading onto agarose gel after PCR Cycling. The red purple dye migrates at 400 bp on a 1.2% agarose gel.
