Acrylamide/Bis-acrylamide 37, 5:1 is convenient ready-to-use solutions of 4X crystalized high quality acrylamide for molecular biology, and NN’-Methylenebisacrylamide in deonised water. Premixed 19:1 liquid solution eliminates the need to weigh toxic acrylamide and bis-acrylamide. The concentration is based on the total weight of both the acrylamide and bis-acrylamide.
