The RapidPURE™ Plasmid Mini Kit is designed to isolate up to 20 μg of plasmid DNA from 1.5 mL of an overnight bacterial culture. All steps can be carried out in either a microcentrifuge or vacuum manifold.

Preparation Method Before first use, add the 12 mL of 200 proof (100% ethanol) to the Wash Solution (12 mL) and mix well. Do not use denatured alcohol because it can cause precipitation of salts. Label the container. Store tightly capped at 15°-30°C.

Product Overview The plasmid purification process employs the patented Turbo Filter containing a GLASSMILK®-embedded membrane.
