Ethylene Glycol
Product Description
Ethylene Glycol
Application Notes
Ethylene glycol is typically used in cyclocondensation reactions with aldehydes and ketones to form 1,3-dioxolanes.Ethylene glycol has been used as a carrier fluid during the fabrication of shear thickening fluid (composed of nanosize silica particles). It has also been used to compose previtrification and vitrification solutions for the cryopreservation of mouse embryos.
