Application Notes

Ellagic Acid delayed cutaneous hypersensitivity reaction to tuberculin and bovine serum albumin in guinea pigs. It acts has anti-mutagenic and anti-carcinogenic properties. Also reported to inhibit topoisomerases I and II and gyrase. It is an inhibitor of glutathione S-transferase. It is an hemostatic agent.
