Mastermix for first strand cDNA synthesis RT-&GO™ mastermix is a 2.5x concentrated mastermix for efficient first strand cDNA synthesis, containing all the components required for Reverse Transcription: M-MuLV Reverse Transcriptase, Reverse Transcription Buffer, RNase inhibitor and dNTPs.
