Return / Cancellation Policy
The MP Biomedicals Customer Services department is always available to help should problems arise with a product, order or delivery. We do ask that you immediately inspect all packages upon receipt of the order and notify the Customer Services department of any damages or problems. Please retain the original shipping container, packaging materials, and all shipping documents in the event that the return of a product is necessary.
If you wish to return any product to MP Biomedicals, please contact the Customer Services department. Prior authorization from our Customer Services department is required before any item can be returned. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL A CREDIT, REFUND OR REPLACEMENT BE ISSUED ON RETURNED ITEMS WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. The replacement of the item, refund of the purchase price or crediting of the customer's account is solely at the discretion of MP Biomedicals.
Every attempt will be made to accommodate requests to return merchandise; however, we cannot authorize returns for certain products. These include most frozen and refrigerated products, expired products, custom orders, any item missing labels, parts, or instruction manuals, books and equipment removed from their original packaging, and any of MP Biomedicals' diagnostic kits and reagents. All of these items should be considered NON-RETURNABLE. A full credit, refund, or replacement will be made under the following circumstances:
1. If the shipment is duplicated, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on the part of MP Biomedicals, LLC
2. If the product does not meet the specifications described in MP Biomedicals' literature.
In either event, MP Biomedicals must be notified within thirty (30) days of receipt of the material for credit, refund, or replacement to occur. Any merchandise ordered incorrectly on the part of the customer may be returned to MP Biomedicals subject to the aforementioned conditions and a minimum restocking charge of 20%. No product may be returned after 30 days.
